A Wyoming bill passed Friday will permit employers in good standing with state Workers' Compensation to pay voluntary deductibles that will reduce their work comp premiums. HB 154 allows select employers to pay a deductible per worker in exchange for a lower premium. The size of the reduction in premium is directly correlated with the size of the deductible.
