Non-Profit Losses Property to UEF

The Sacramento Bee says that a workers' compensation claim from a car accident that occurred two years ago has put the non-profit Serve Our Seniors agency out of business, forcing it to sell its restored Victorian house to get out debt. The organization, based in Orangevale has put up for sale its 1.43-acre property which includes the restored Villa, a small farmhouse and a hall where meals were served to seniors, for $450,000.
