The South Carolina administrative law judge who heard four days of testimony last week from supporters and critics of a 32.9% loss-cost advisory rate won't issue his final decision before summer.
Judge Marvin Kittrell will receive final written arguments from the participants before making a ruling within the next two months, he said at Thursday's conclusion of the hearing. Kittrell wants all proposed orders to him by June 8 and protests filed by mid-June.
