The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (SWCB) has issued revisions to its certificate of state workers' compensation insurance coverage in response to requirements included in the state's 2007 reform package.
In a bulletin posted on the agency's Web site this week, SWCB Chairwoman Donna Ferrara said revisions to Form C-105.2, the Certificate of New York State Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage, will take effect Sept. 1.
