Connecticut Battle Over Brain Tumor Cases Moves To WCC

A controversial provision of Connecticut's statute of limitations has tossed 86 cases of ex-Pratt & Whitney employees into the workers' compensation arena in what could be an epic court battle over chemicals used in making aircraft engines and brain tumors. Workers' compensation attorney Richard Gross refiled 61 civil cases as claims with the Workers' Compensation Commission after the state Supreme Court dismissed each one.
