ProAssurance Group Ratings Unchanged

A.M. Best Co. has affirmed the financial strength rating of A- (Excellent) for ProAssurance Group and assigned it an "a-" issuer credit rating. A.M. Best also affirmed the senior debt rating of "bbb-" on ProAssurance Corp.'s senior unsecured convertible debentures and ProAssurance Corp.'s ICR of "bbb-". All ratings have been removed from under review and assigned stable outlooks.
