The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced a Felicity man has been sentenced for a felony charge of workers' compensation fraud.
George Shelton was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay BWC $55,778.06 in restitution. Shelton paid $6,282.56 to BWC prior to the hearing.
