The California Department of Workers' Compensation (DWC) and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) have inaugurated an online forum where members of the public can review and comment on suggested new regulations, policies, organizational changes and other proposals currently under consideration to improve the state's workers' compensation judicial system.
