The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued 15 serious citations and fines totaling $45,000 against New Bedford, Mass., leather goods manufacturer Michael Bianco Inc.
The citations and fines involve alleged chemical, electrical and mechanical hazards identified during OSHA safety and health inspections that began March 15 in response to reports of possible hazards at the 89 W. Rodney French Blvd. plant.
