Benefits Cutoff at Age 62, Same as Social Security

The proper termination date for a widow's workers' compensation benefits is the month after she would turn age 62, the Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled. The court in Frazier v. Morsey, No. 2006-CA-000895-WC, 01/19/2007, ruled in favor of Cynthia Frazier, the widow of Daniel Frazier.
