Controversial Doctor Seeks Placement on WC List

An Austin doctor who is being sued by a former patient, and who agreed to Texas Medical Board order not to treat female patients for 10 years, has applied to be placed on the state's approved doctor list to treat injured workers. Division of Workers' Compensation spokesman John Greeley reported Friday that Dr. Philip Leonard currently has an application pending to be placed on the current approved doctor list.
