The Tenth District of the Ohio Court of Appeals upheld an Industrial Commission of Ohio (the Commission) decision suspending employee's industrial claim for failure to submit to employer's request for medical examination. In State ex rel Groves v. Sysco Corp., No. 04AP-284, 01/20/2005, Groves, a Sysco Corporation (Sysco) employee, sustained industrial injury in September 2002, and sought temporary total disability benefits in June 2003.
