Second Hearing Scheduled for Self-Insurance Rules

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation will hold a second rule development workshop on its proposed self-insurance regulations on Oct. 26. The hearing will begin at 2:30 p.m. in Room 104J of the Hartman Building, 2012 Capital Circle Southeast, Tallahassee. The DWC is redrafting Section 69L-5 of state administrative law to clarify the rules that governmental entities must follow to get approval.
