American International Group has placed another key executive on leave as it pushes to release its delayed annual report after finding $1.7 billion in accounting mistakes, Business Insurance reported Tuesday.
The news service said an unnamed AIG spokesman confirmed that it placed Michael J. Castelli, its chief administrative officer, on leave of absence. The spokesman declined to comment on the reasons for the move, Business Insurance said.
