A Florida police captain is free of charges that were brought in federal court alleging workers' compensation fraud. U.S. District Judge Jose Martinez signed a prosecution request dropping an indictment against Robert Anthony Biondolillo, formerly captain of the Sunrise police force. The charges against Martinez arose out of an investigation and prosecution of two chiropractors and an osteopath of whom Martinez was a patient.
