The Oregon Workers' Compensation Board reminded attorneys about the 90-day legal requirement for setting new requests for a hearing to avoid problems with vacation schedules.
The board reported that its docket specialist has received "a number of calls from attorneys (or their legal assistants) expressing distress that a hearing was set on a date conflicting with the attorney's vacation."
