MA Officer Exemption Regs, Form Close to Law

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents announced that public hearings have been held regarding implementation of regulations exempting sole proprietors, partners and corporate officers from mandatory workers' compensation coverage. As a result the Department has made Form 153 available. Now that the public hearings have been held, the next step is to allow for further public comment and review.
