California Governor Gray Davis on Friday announced a plan to shift $60 million in Division of Workers' Compensation funding to employers of the state, in a proposed budget that seeks $10.2 billion in reductions to address the anticipated two-year budget shortfall that is known to be more than $21.1 billion.
