OH Law Firms Predict Increase in WC Business

The Cincinnati Business Courier says that Ohio law firms are predicting an increase in workers' compensation business, due to the recent Ohio Supreme Court ruling that establishes new guidelines nonlawyers must follow in hearings before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.In Cleveland Bar Assn. v.
