The New York Workers' Compensation Board has released a new Form C-2, the use of which is effective immediately.In an effort to minimize government paperwork requirements on employers, the NYS Workers' Compensation Board has modified Form C-2, Employer's Report of Work-Related Accident/Occupational Disease, so that it contains all the information on OSHA Form 301, and thus may continue to serve as a substitute for Form 301 for OSHA recording purposes, Chairman Robert R. Snashall said.
