HI Gives Notice that HIPAA not Affect Work Comp

The Privacy Rules of the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) that went into effect Monday, April 14th require hospitals and other health care providers to follow strict requirements before releasing medical information on their patients.
