Chiro Wants Fraud Indictment Dismissed

A Pennsylvania chiropractor is seeking dismissal of health care and mail fraud charges that are scheduled for trial next month, the Herald newspaper of Sharon, Pa., reported Monday. Brent J. Detelich, of Clearwater, Fla., asked the court that short of a dismissal, that some government evidence against him be excluded and other typically public information be unsealed, the newspaper said.
