Medical Fee Schedule Increases 3.8%

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission announced that rates in the state's workers' compensation medical fee schedule will increase by 3.8% effective Jan. 1, 2007. The commission reported the increase was triggered by provisions in the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act, which tied medical fee increases to the inflation rate.
