Montana Workers' Compensation Judge, Mike McCarter, issued the following Special Notices on Friday, November 1, 2002: SPECIAL SETTINGS IN HELENA Since the Workers' Compensation Court now has its own Helena courtroom, parties scheduled for trials in other venues may obtain a special trial setting in Helena at any time.
