Derderians Appeal Fine to RI High Court

The Derderian brothers, Jeffrey and Michael, and their company, Derco LLC, owners of The Station nightclub in Rhode Island which burned to the ground during a concert in February killing 100, including 6 employees, have appealed the million dollar fine against them to the state's highest court.The brothers have also requested a stay on the collection of the fine until the matter is heard by the Supreme Court.
