A Glenwood, Minn., woman has been charged in Pope County District Court with three counts of insurance fraud for allegedly collecting workers' compensation benefits she was not entitled to, the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) announced yesterday.
Kimberle Joy Anderson, 36, filed a workers' compensation claim by notifying her employer of an injury March 13, 2001; Anderson maintained the injury actually occurred in December 2000.
