Donegal Grp Reports Cash Dividends Payable 4/15

Donegal Group Inc. (Nasdaq: DGICA, DGICB) reported that its Board of Directors Thursday increased the Company's cash dividend declaring a regular quarterly cash dividend of 10.5 cents per share for the Company's Class B Common Stock. Also announced is a 12 cents per share for the Company's Class A Common Stock.The dividend will be payable April 15, 2004 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2004.
