S&P Affirms Hartford's 'A-', Stable Outlook

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said yesterday that it removed from CreditWatch and affirmed its 'A-' long-term counterparty credit and senior debt ratings on The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. (NYSE:HIG) and its 'AA-' counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on HIG's operating companies following the company's recent announcement that it has successfully completed all its planned capital-raising activities.
