An East Boston ironworker has pleaded guilty to charges he collected unemployment benefits while working, Massachusetts Attorney General Tom Reilly announced last Friday.
Jason Trombley, 30, of East Boston, pleaded guilty to one count each of workers' compensation fraud and larceny over $250. Boston Municipal Court Judge Sally Kelly sentenced Trombley to probation for two years and ordered him to pay restitution of $1,000 and a $500 fine.
