The Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau published two circular letters Monday showing changes in rates under an overall decrease of 16.9% effective Sept. 1.
The rate changes were approved earlier by the state insurance commissioner.
The changes also involve some revised expense constants and changes in experience rating plan provisions.
