Monoline States Question Their Right to AIG Money

Regulators in at least three of the states slated to cash in on a $344 million fund set up as part of American International Group's record settlement with New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer say they don't know why they have money coming. And at least one of the states, North Dakota, probably isn't going to accept the $1,548 check Spitzer's office says it is due.
