NCCI Issues Bulletin on Terror Bill Requirements

NCCI (National Council on Compensation Insurance) released the following bulletin yesterday in response to the signing of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 into law by President Bush: President Bush signed the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 into law at approximately 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2002. The Act will require that certain actions be taken by insurance carriers within very tight time frames in order to comply with its terms.
