A Travis County district court jury awarded Texas Mutual Insurance Co. $8.2 million in damages in a civil lawsuit against a Houston business executive over premium fraud.
Texas Mutual vice president Terry Frakes said Friday the judgment is the largest premium fraud verdict in the carrier's history.
