Meeting Set on Hospital Fee Guideline Working Draft

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) will hold a stakeholders meeting at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 14 to receive comments on the working draft of an inpatient/outpatient fee guideline. The meeting is expected to be held at the DWC's offices at 7551 Metro Center Dr. in Austin. DWC notes that the working draft is not a formal rule proposal and has not been published in the Texas Register as required by the Administrative Procedure Act.
