FCCI Counters Allegations of Mismanagement

The Sarasota Herald-Tribune reported Saturday that FCCI Insurance Group is fighting back from recent statements made to the Florida commission researching work comp reform that the carriers are mismanaged and are seeking to increase premiums when they should be looking to their own finances.Earlier this month Lake Worth attorney Brian Fischer used statistics from FCCI's own financial statements to claim that carriers in the state are bloated and inefficient.
