Citizens Selling New England Brokerages to Hub

Hub International Ltd. announced Wednesday that it will acquire three New England brokerages from Citizens Financial Group. Hub said it will purchase Citizens Clair Insurance Group, Brewer & Lord, and Feitelberg Insurance. The three brokerages had combined revenue of approximately $45 million in 2005, and operate from 19 offices in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
