New Oregon Rules and Procedures Published

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division announced Friday that it has permanently amended OAR 436-030-0003, the rule governing the applicability of the Claims Evaluation, Determination, and Reconsideration. This rule replaces the permanent rule effective January 2, 2002 and the temporary rule effective January 15, 2002. The rule is effective April 8, 2002.
