Highlands to be Delisted on NYSE

The New York Stock Exchange announced that it is moving to delist shares of Highlands Insurance Group Inc. Highlands, which announced this week that it will halt new and renewal underwriting, has seen its share price fall to less than 20 cents from $9.50 in January.
