Legion to use Insurity for Comp Systems

Insurity(SM), a ChoicePoint(R) (NYSE: CPS) company, has signed a licensing agreement with Mutual Group Information Services, the technology division of Mutual Risk Management Ltd. (NYSE: MM). As part of the agreement, ChoicePoint and Mutual Group will upgrade the rating and policy issuance systems for the Legion Companies. Insurity plans to replace Legion's existing in-house systems located in processing centers in Freehold, New Jersey, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with its Commercial Intellisys(R) application for workers' compensation.
