Republican Fracture Evident in Asbestos Bill

Senator Orin Hatch's (R-Utah) asbestos reform bill, that had barely made its way through Senate committee earlier last month, is finding fracture even among reform minded Republicans, according to the report accompanying the bill by five Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
