Several proposals addressing Oklahoma's contentious issue of workers' compensation reform were filed by a freshman lawmaker Thursday.State Rep. Ryan McMullen introduced three bills that he believes will significantly reduce the cost of workers' compensation insurance. McMullen is the former director of the El Reno Chamber of Commerce and Development Corporation.
