The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has reorganized its workers' compensation section to provide faster service to stakeholders, according to the November issue of the Compact newsletter.
Patricia Todd, assistant commissioner with the Workers' Compensation Division (WCD), explained that a review of stakeholder services was undertaken in September and a decision made to eliminate two units and create one to replace it.
