The Iowa Division of Workers' Compensation posted a notice on its Web site concerning "deputy for hearing preferences" being listed on its hearing schedule page.
The division noted that the preferences of various deputies for hearings are now listed in the hearing schedule page at the bottom below the hearing weeks.
"Please review the preferences of the deputy who will be holding your hearings," the division instructed.
"If the deputy is not listed with particular preferences, they have none," it added.
