OR WCD Posts New Rules, Forms

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division (WCD) has made numerous changes to its publications, bulletins, and forms. The WCD has adopted Permanent Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 436, Division 120, Administrative Order No. 02-057, to be effective July 1, 2002.
