The WorkComp Executive reports that Utah's Workers Compensation Fund may soon be writing business competitively in other states. Utah's governor is in receipt of HB 59, a bill introduced by House Majority Leader Kevin S. Garn, purporting to accomplish the transition from a carrier of last resort to a competitive firm.
