Investigators Take Cruise and Bust Comp Theft

The Reading Eagle of Pennsylvania reported Wednesday that Debra Dutcher-Murray, 47, received a sentence of two weeks to 23 months in the county jail, plus seven years probation, for collecting temporary disability indemnity benefits when she was not disabled. The conviction was for theft. She was acquitted of fraud.Dutcher-Murray was to have had a hearing on her case, but it was postponed so she could go on a previously scheduled cruise.
