Two Men Arrested for Allegedly Defrauding NYSIF

Police in Dutchess County, N.Y., this month arrested two men in separate cases of alleged workers' compensation fraud against the New York State Insurance Fund, including a former New York State corrections officer who collected more than $100,000 in benefits to which he was not entitled, investigators said.
