Gov's Commission Releases FL Reform Plan

The Florida Insurance Council released the following report regarding the State's Commission on Workers' Compensation's plan to reform the system: The Governor's Commission on Workers' Compensation has approved its final report that includes a comprehensive set of recommendations centering on implementing the FairCare reform plan supported by Chief Financial Officer Tom Gallagher. The report also addresses exemptions, indemnity benefits, and return-to-work and safety programs.
