Arguments in a legal challenge to last year's workers' compensation reforms will take place as scheduled next week, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals ruled yesterday.
The high court consolidated challenges to Senate Bill 2013, but agreed with the Workers' Compensation Commission's position that delaying oral arguments in the case is unnecessary. Those arguments will take place as originally scheduled before the Supreme Court on January 13.
