The Alliance of American Insurers is calling the ergonomics bill (S 2184) unnecessary, costly and confusing, following its approval by the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee.
"We support the Department of Labor's approach in creating voluntary guidelines for businesses.
